In our current society, humans become more and more dependent on the new technology that surrounds them daily. Even more, this technology brings out the worse things in humans: narcissism, hate, superiority, ignorance, pure anger express in comments. They spend hours to tell others what they aren’t.  It’s all an illusion created by each other. The technology becomes smarter and smarter. The humans become dumber and numb, lost in comfort. They forgot how to feel and live, how to really give a like. They are trapped in a reflection of a black mirror, which feeds their ego. They forgot how to love… living a life on loop.

A New World

In the past, in order to feed themselves and their families and, thus, survive, men were hunters. 

In contemporary society, man has become both the hunter and the hunted. He spends an average 8 hours/day tied to his chair in his office, hungry to earn more so that he can afford a lifestyle that is actually haunting and controlling him. 

His food is now the internet, his desires and interests. Careless for what he eats, he has no time to enjoy his food and shortly eliminates it from his system, as he often does with other aspects of his life.

The Hunger series

I launched a series of interactive stickers , inviting people in Bucharest to color them.

Instead of using their energy for better purposes and maintain a positive thinking when facing different situations in everyday life, people tend to remain trapped in doing things that they don’t enjoy, repeatedly, until they become as grey as the cities they live in.

For me, color is a symbol of returning to happiness. The idea of the series is to help people ask themselves about what makes them unhappy.

People no longer find the time to understand the causes of their present state of mind and hide all that disturbs them somewhere in their unconsciousness. This doesn't solve the problem, but makes it harder to cope with.

Wanting to surprise people and make them stop from their daily routine, I left parts of his stickers uncolored. 

You truly understand an experience in your life when you live it yourself. Likewise, inviting people to spend a few minutes coloring their fears, their past or the depiction of their own self can make them more conscious about what they've been missing lately.
