LOOKING FOR: Music production location

Hello there!

We are looking for places for music production in the price range from 0 to 1400 EUR/month located in the S Bahn Ring of Berlin.
As every venue has different issues, we will analyze every offer made!

What we need:
Site should be located within the S Bahn Ring of Berlin, tendentially to eastern part of Berlin.
It must be possible to listen to music (at least 70 dB @ 1m distance of sound source inside of venue) not less than 10 hours per day.
There are no requirements on the condition of the rooms except for burglarproof doors and windows, since, depending on room size, there could be installed hardware worth a lot of money (insurance is self evident). Options for safety optimizations should be discussed individually.

We look for every room size and cluster of room arrangement!

Because we are 7 people, which can be parted for individual location offers! So there is a lot of flexibility.
