Desk-space in Kreuzberg

We have one desk-space free in our art / design studio. Suitable for all creatives: designers, writers, filmmakers, artist etc. The space is comprised of two large, bright rooms and is located by Markhalle Neun in Kreuzberg. It is ground floor, with kitchen, bathroom and access to our own large private garden with working tables. The whole space is 113m2. Available from May 1st, long term, €330 per month all inclusive + security deposit (€260 cold rent plus €70 for bills = internet, heating, electricity, water, insurance).
