Artist studio space to live and work

130 sq. meters art studio. 80 sq. meters abailable to live and work.
I have a big studio space in center barcelona ( poble nou) . I use 50 sq. meters to work and rent the rest to an artist who want to live and work for short time. Prize per month 800 euros for 80 sq meters. If you're two there will be 1000 both (electricity bills not included)
The space have sinks, shower, kitchen, big space to work...... and all necesary to work and live.
