Horizons 2025

Scheduled from 14 June to 14 September 2025, the 19th Horizons ‘Arts-Nature’ en Sancy contemporary art event is to feature original artworks of an ephemeral nature, created specifically for the Massif du Sancy.

The call for projects launched by the Sancy Tourist Office is for the creation of 10 artworks to be installed across the towns and villages of the Massif du Sancy local council community. Each artist takes inspiration from the site to design a piece that specifically fits the region. This aspect is just as important as the artwork itself.

Potential sites for the installation of the artworks will be chosen (via an exhaustive list) on the basis of the following criteria:

• Aesthetic and artistic appeal
• Natural sites
• Variety of landscapes (peak, lake, forest, open space, etc.)
• Visitor facilities in the vicinity (car park, rest area, etc.)
