2022 Call for Sculptors

The Chicago Sculpture Exhibit is celebrating 21 years of installing large-scale public art throughout Chicago neighborhoods. We will install at least 50 professional sculptors’ artworks throughout Chicago neighborhoods in 2022. Artwork will be installed in May 2022 and will run one year through May 2023. A cash award of $1,500 will be given to artists chosen to participate. Assistance with installation will be provided. Locations for artworks are determined by size and type of base necessary. Only the highest quality work will be considered for installation.

Professional sculptors are invited to submit proposals for consideration. Artists must be experienced with the design, construction and installation of outdoor sculpture and must have a documented track-record of this experience.
