Call for projects - Creation of a fresco in public space

The municipalities of Koekelberg and Molenbeek-Saint-Jean are launching a call for projects to create a fresco on the boundary between the two municipalities. The location can be found in the call for projects document.

In what context is the call launched?

As part of Urban Renewal Contract (CRU) No. 6 'Autour de Simonis', an artistic trail project in the intercommunal public space between the municipalities of Koekelberg and Molenbeek-Saint-Jean will be developed over several years. A first call was launched at the end of 2023 for the creation of a fresco on the EAST façade of the Osseghem metro station. Here is now the second part with a call for projects intended for the creation of a fresco to adorn the eastern part and the vault of the bridge located on Rue de Ganshoren, on the border of Koekelberg and Molenbeek-Saint-Jean.
