Where I come from

This graphic novel was my examination comic at the artschool in kassel.

It is about a girl who was born in germany but her family is from poland. To identify herself, whether she is polish or german she goes for five month to an erasmus study to Krakow, Poland. She compares her experiences to the experiences of her mother from the past.

Is she polish? Is she german? or just the daughter of her mother?
