"NYC- Walking Through a City of Arts and Activists"

And here it is, my newest piece: "NYC-Walking through a City of Arts and Activism." A piece celebrating the city's arts and its activists, from the Dance Theater of Harlem to the Harriet Tubman Memorial and the legendary Metropolitan Opera and many many other exciting places. It has been a eye-opening project offering many new insights. One of the reasons for undertaking this project was that I considered it an interesting challenge to "redraw" a city's map and see it through an entirely new lens. It is part of my current series "Maps with a Message".
