Eager for the summer,
Yet longing for the spring;
A sad display of endings,
Gets lost in a new dream.

The road is winding further;
Ironical torment, 
Of deja vu and wonders,
Though none are to be kept.

Eager for the summer,
When letting go of spring; 
New dreams and hopes and laughter,
Blend under the skin.

Hello, the introduction
To us and the unknown; 
Shyness disguised as courage 
When nothing goes for all. 

Hello, the tiny symbol
Of ever holding on;
Carving it’s path unbroken; 
By depths, darkness or cold.

Hello, our soul’s ‘rummy’,
For now and yesterday;
Creates new paths on ruins;
Of old roads left astray.
