There is a kitchenette, the space is heated and there is a utility lift for transporting larger pieces.
Strictly not living quarters, only working!
Suitable for painters, film/photographers, designers etc. Preferably 'quieter' workers as the space is still open despite division. (See photos). Musicians need not apply (unless exclusively working with headphones).

Price €225 per month, includes heating, electricity and WLAN Internet.
