Studio / Atelier / Shop

Hello!

I'm a fashion designer who currently are on the search for a new studio space and/ or shop in the Kreuzberg/Neukolln area.
Ideally would be a shop front with min 15 m2, and a back space of at least 20 m2, which I can use as studio.

Anything is possible! I'm interested in all offers. If You know something or hear something, please let me know!
