Shared studio in Greenhouse Berlin

Suche Künstler/-in für ein ca. 40qm großes und helles Studio im www.greenhouse-berlin.de im 6.OG mit großer Fensterfront und tollem Ausblick zum Teilen. Im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind auch Gemeinschaftsküche, Gemeinschaftsbereich, Toilette und Bad mit Dusche, sowie die Reinigung dieser Bereiche (außer Studio).
Mietvertrag für 3 Monate, kann je nach dem verlängert werden.
Ich arbeite Freitags, Samstags und Sonntags, an den restlichen Tagen wärest du meist allein im Studio. Mietpreis ca. +/- 350,- (Nach Absprache). Kaution 650 Euro.

Looking for artist to share an about 40sqm big and bright studio in www.greenhouse-berlin.de 6.floor with a bright window front and a great view. Included in the price is also toilet, bathroom with shower and communal kitchen, as well as the cleansing of those areas (except the studio itself)
The contract is for 3 months and can possibly be extended. I mostly work friday, saturday and sunday. The rest of the days you'd mostly be alone there. The rent is +/- 350,- (depending on our agreement). Deposits 650 Euro.
