shared atelier / studio / workshop in alt-treptow, close to kreuzberg / neukölln

I am looking for a new co-user for a 40sqm atelier space. We are sharing it 4 people, so that makes about 8-10 sqm for each one, which is about a big table plus some storage space. The space has good light. There is a bathroom next door to take water. We can use internet from our renters (=neighbours).
130 Euro incl all. I take a deposit of 130 Euro. The place is available from april.
I use different material, painting, drawing, collage, masks, making little objects and
sculptures with wire and plaster, etc etc. Then there is a painter and another art-historian/painter/musician in the space. The space is best for a painter etc, maybe not so good for computerbased work.
The space is located in Heidelbergerstr, between Elsenstr and Treptower Str in Alt-Treptow. Very close to Neukölln (Sonnenallee, Rixdorf).
Wildenbruchstr-kiez is close, for a nice falafel at Sahara or coffee at Kfetisch in between ;-)
