I am an artist who is producing painting and electronic music / drumming, working with concept, spirituality, and ritual processes.
I burn palo-santo and sage often while I work in the studio and like to work in the afternoons and evenings. I freelance for artists working within digital art and electronic music.

I am looking for someone who is professionally and mindfully focused on their work, whether it be creating art, writing, a creative office of some kind, or working with healing. I like to work in a fresh/clean and productive space :)

Important: Preferably someone who likes to work in the mornings or a few days a week! The room is most available to you from mornings until 14:00 or on specific days.
It would be good if we could make a schedule together to be able to use the room in our own time.

The space itself is situated within a community of artists, and creative self-employed folks.
We share a Hoff (Backyard) with a bio bakery, and small community garden. The room is flooded with natural light, in the communal space we share a kitchen, large bathroom (inc. shower), and front desk area.
Amongst the other work in the building are record labels, digital media artists, musicians, art/design book distribution, photography studio, recording spaces, and a new tattoo studio down on the bottom floor...
The space is on the 3rd floor, and is assessable via freight elevator also.

Rent: 190 - 210 per month - (after October we expect a total rent increase of approx. 10% but are waiting for confirmation.)
Kaution: 190 Eur
