Need a bigger place for my ceramic atelier

Hi!
I need to increase the size of my ceramic atelier and I´m looking for a new place. Open to shared place too :)
Need minimum 20 sqm, possibly in Prenzlauer Berg, bul also other locations could be fine .
If some one has a space or is looking for something similar we could share our future working space !!
