Looking for audio space, long term, neukolln

Hi there,

I'm a musician and software developer looking for a long-term sound / music / audio -related studio space near Neukölln. I would like to be able to set up a couple of desks, audio electronics, speakers, a computer or two, some instruments, and a workspace for electronics and some light wood-working (though dust is obviously a concern with the woodworking).

Ideally I'm looking for a private space (time-share is ok) between 10 and 20qm. I would consider an open shared space, if we can work out scheduling and noisy hours. Ability to put up sound treatment would be nice, but isn't strictly required.

Budget is somewhere around €300/mo, but can be flexible for the right thing. Looking to "move in" in the next month or two.
