Looking for a studio

Hi,

My name is Georg, 33 years old painter from Iceland. Moved to Berlin in January 2018. So for so good. Love it here, and will continue my stay and activities here.

I am... like many others! :) looking for a studio suitable for painting in Berlin, around 25-30 sq would be ideal, but I am open to look into all ideas and offers. The space would need to have an access to sink and toilet and electricity . Looking mostly for long term rent.
