Looking for a room/space

Hey! Im lookig for a studio/room to rent arouns ostkreuz.
I have my own workshop for making wood jewelry and soon upgrading also to do engraving and other custom stuff. SO im looking for a dry, safe, cozy working space.
I would be really happy if someone can help me out. Got my workshop already 2 times under water where I’m working now. And can’t afford it anymore.
