We rent them out from July onwards.
All three Studios have their own qualities.
We are looking for anybody Artist, Designer, Performer, Writer etc ... Loud Sound is not possible l , unless you want to build a room in a room.

less Bright , but windows to the street, Sunny side

Studio 3
less Bright , therefore quiet
15.5 sqm for 182.9 €

the common space which is Kitchen , Hallway , Bathroom needs to be divided and will add

35€ to all the above amounts.

Studios can be shared of course , but no live and work possible.
The place is ground floor , so it's easy access.
