We are graphic designers looking for like minded people to share a 60 sqm working space in Leopoldplatz (Malplaquetstr 5).

The place is a very lightful old shop with two big windows facing the street / park, located in an area with social life, bars and other design offices and ateliers around. It is equipped with a kitchen, a toilet, some storage space and a little multifunctional area. €170 monthly per person + €340 deposit (that could be payed in installements), The offer includes: internet connection, use of all the facilities (toilet, kitchen, etc), insurance, proper contract. We would be a total of 4 people sharing the space.
