We have studio space free in a centrally located studio project near Alexanderplatz. The studio is located on the second floor of the former Alte Münze. The total area of the room is 100 square meters. Currently there are three of us, but in the end, we will be four people. We are all sculptors and installation artists - the room is more suitable for this way of working. However, there is a semi-detached room, which could also be suitable for painting. There is also a shared workshop which you can contribute to.
On the same floor, there will soon be a 300sqm project space for events and exhibitions.

The monthly rent is as follows:
35sqm: € 420

There is also a security deposit of one month's rent and a kind of "trial period" for two months, so we can make an impression of each other. After that, you pay the deposit and sign a sublease.

Es gibt eine Atelierplätze frei in einem zentral gelegenen Atelierprojekt nähe Alexanderplatz. Das Atelier befindet sich im zweiten Stockwerk der ehemaligen Alten Münze. Die Gesamtfläche des Raumes ist insgesamt 100qm. Aktuell sind wir zu dritt, aber wir werden am Ende vier Leute sein. Wir sind alle Bildhauer und Installationskünstler - der Raum eignet sich eher für diese Arbeitsweise. Jedoch, gibt es einen halb abgetrennter Raum, der auch für das Malen tauglich sein könnte. Es gibt auch eine gemeinsame Werkstatt woran man sich beteiligen kann.
Im gleichen Stockwerk gibt es bald einen 300qm Projektraum für Veranstaltungen und Ausstellungen.

Die monatliche Miete beträgt wie folgt:
35qm €420

Es gibt auch eine Kaution in Höhe von einer Monatsmiete. Es gibt eine Art “Probezeit” für zwei Monaten, sodass wir einen Eindruck voneinander machen können. Danach zahlt man die Kaution und unterschreibt man eine Untermietvertrag.

Die Plätze sind ab sofort frei.
