third coast biennial

K Space Contemporary seeks entries for the Third Coast Biennial, a non-thematic, juried exhibition of innovative contemporary art. Open to artists age 18+ living in the USA. Entries must be original works of art completed in the last 2 years and not previously exhibited at K Space. All media accepted. Two-dimensional works must not exceed 60". Three-dimensional works must be manageable by two people.

Dates: July 15 – Aug. 26, 2022 (in-person and online).

Juror Mark L. Smith has over 25 years of art world experience as a curator, gallery owner, artist, author, founder of two university printmaking programs, and co-founder of Flatbed Press in Austin. His "Hope Series" of mixed media works was recently accepted into the Obama Presidential Library in Chicago.
