Call for Award | Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB) and Contemporary Arts Alliance Berlin (CAA Berlin) will award an art prize for virtual reality in visual arts. All visual artists living in Germany, working with the medium of virtual reality are welcome to apply. The prize includes five artist‘s residencies, culminating in an art exhibition at the Haus am Lützowplatz, Berlin from 27 February to 18 April 2021, curated by Tina Sauerlaender, the Artistic Director of the VR ART PRIZE. Three of the five finalists will also receive a cash prize.

All resident artists participate in GlogauAIR’s Open Studios Exhibition, which offers the opportunity to showcase your project with direct contact to the local artistic scene and a dialog with the public. Residency duration of either 3 months or 6 months only.

Call for Festival | Supernova Digital Animation Festival is an annually held event with a full-focus on artists working in Digital Animation and Motion-Art. The festival is presented through a singular, extensive network of LED displays located within the downtown Denver, Colorado. Supernova awards prize money currently totaling $5,000 to select works determined by guest jurors in the Festival’s annual Competition program.
