Studio space (25 qm) in the KunstFakrik HB55 (Lichtenberg. Herzberstr.)

I'm subletting my artist studio in Berlin for March 2019.
The studio is on the third floor of a kunstfabrik in Lichtenberg, with Wi-Fi, mezzanine to store materials, and tiny kitchen corner, shared toilet.
The whole Atelier is 25qm. Cost: € 195 / month all incl. The Studio is located on the 3nd floor at Margerine Factory Herzbergstrasse 55, in close proximity to many other studios+Facilities of public transport right in front of the building.

There is a nice atmosphere of work with cantine and restaurant downstairs of the building.
