Beautiful renovated white box gallery space in Neukölln three blocks from the Sonnenallee S-Bahn is offering space to rent.

Three exhibition spaces, bathroom, terrace, and kitchen. The front main room faces Mareschstr. and features a large window. A smaller front room is perfect for video-art exhibitions or lectures. The large back room leads to a paved terrace and shared courtyard. All rooms can be accessed from the hallway, including the bathroom and kitchen. Main access is from Mareschstr. via the front room.

Bright fluorescent lighting and plenty of natural light from the windows in each room. This space is ideal for:

We do not offer long term rentals. You are responsible for staffing your event and any promotions. Our General Manager is available to orient you to the space and provide suggestions. Rent the entire gallery or rent individual rooms. There are TWO rates - a reduced rate for individual ARTISTS and standard rate for EVENT PLANNERS such as curators, collectives, or other galleries, and GROUPS of artists.

Minimum rental is €200. A 50% non-refundable rental deposit is required to reserve the rental. We charge a “Damages Deposit’” which will be refunded if no damages are incurred.
